Terms of Reference

Eligibility

Minimum sales quantity of 5 lakh fans in the preceding financial year.
Should be proposed by an existing primary member.

Documents to be submitted along with the application form

GST certificate, company PAN, company TAN and CIN / partnership / proprietorship certificate.
RTGS being the annual membership fee as a Non-Manufacturing Brand Owner as applicable plus GST @ 18%.

Other terms & conditions

Any change in brand ownership needs to be intimated to the Executive Council for review and continuation.
If a brand owner acquires another brand with a manufacturing set-up, both brands continue their respective membership charges until the legal review is complete.
